Outstanding customer service - flexibility here can’t be beat! They’re laid back, friendly, but still high-quality and hardworking. We’ve had multiple projects where we weren’t sure how to get the layout on a document right, how to make sure mailers were the appropriate size, etc. and they always walked us through everything or took care of it themselves with the minimal issue and little extra cost. I’ve moved away from Durham and still drive back to work with this group - highly recommended.

I continue to return because the customer service is AMAZING! I have worked with Chad a few times now from RUSH have to have items that no other company could do for us.. to expanding the size of prints for foam board.. always pleasant, always accommodating. Very appreciated and Highly recommend!
