Ben Hendricks performed my home inspection for the house that I am buying. My realtor called him for the house I was looking at to see if he could fit us in quickly. He was able to get me in as soon as the current owner would allow. I honestly feel like that was a huge part of our offer being the one that was accepted. He took his time and went through the house meticulously. I love that he explained everything to me in ways that I would understand and was very upfront with solutions and realistic expectations. As a first time home buyer I was happy that he made the inspection stress free. He contacted the pest inspector and took care of setting up the radon machines. Ben did an EXCELLENT job inspecting our house. He is incredibly good at locating the root cause and leaves no stone unturned! Our new house had been leaking water into the floor boards for months and our builder claimed it was our sprinkler system. Ben immediately knew there was a bigger issue and he was spot on! We used this service for inspection of a newly purchased home. Ben was on time, knowledgeable, very thorough taking his time throughout and around the home, and to speak to us (in understandable terms) about what he was seeing.
