Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable in walking us through his findings from the inspection. He was very patient and made sure we understood everything. He also explained our options for how we might get issues repaired without spending a fortune. He was realistic and reassuring in his report and shared so much helpful information. He clearly cares about his clients and looks out for their best interests. We were so grateful for his help and would definitely recommend others go to this company for inspections!

I had a really short time frame less than 24 hours on a showing to try and find someone for a pre -inspection on a home I really liked. Keith for Comfort Home was able to fit me into his busy schedule on short notice and did a great job for me pointing out things during the showing that would need to be replaced or repaired.
