Being in the residential industry (contracting and real estate), it is imperative to have a great team around you. Blue is a guy on my team that I respect and appreciate deeply. He is thorough, knowledgeable and experienced. He understands the letter of the law as well as the spirit, which is extremely helpful when working on behalf of his clients. Also, he uses a simple to understand platform communicating all of his findings. I’ve used him for a personal inspection and will continue to use him for other needs with our company. I highly recommend him.

Blue was an amazing home inspector and made us feel comfortable and confident about the home we are purchasing. He was very thorough and detailed, and we received the report very quickly (less than 12 hours after inspection!). He even took the time to go over the report with me earlier in the day and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him 100%!

Very detailed! Love the report format. Easy to process and see what needs to be addressed. Explained what needed to be addressed in a patient and layman's terms for all to understand. Would highly recommend!
