Very satisfied with the work Ken did in our new construction home inspection. Nowadays, is so important to inspect a new house and he did a very detail work and finding the small details. Builder hired a third party company to inspect the property and even after that Ken found more items that needed attention. Ken took his time to do the inspection and to explain his findings along with a very detail report and 3D pics. Highly recommended!!!.
Ken did a fantastic, detailed, thorough job of inspecting our new home and giving us a timely write up both a high-level one that we could follow easily and a detailed one to the builder.
