I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the next day. Cole was very helpful in explaining my inspection. He was there for a little over three hours. My report came back next morning just like he said. It was a great experience to have my expectations managed. Ron and Gui performed my requested home inspection and they were both very kind and efficient. Thorough in every way, they took the time to explain things and addressed my concerns.
