Audrey at True Green Roofing Solutions was amazing to work with! She provided a lot of expertise and worked to understand the needs of our roofing project and offered options that would fit our needs. From there, she kept me in the loop with schedule, proposed date of completion, and sent progress photos as the work proceeded. The work was completed when she said it would be, and at the exact cost she quoted, even though a roof repair was necessary where a leak existed. Audrey was great and our new metal roof is beautiful!

We loved this company. Audrey got right back to us with a price, was willing to work with us. She was caring and answered all calls and e-mails. Audrey and her employees were honest, displayed integrity, professionalism, punctual. Her contractor Mitch, helpers Joe and Jason were absolutely great. They paid attention to every detail of their job, super with clean up, polite. Oh yes, our roof is absolutely gorgeous. They removed existing old tile roof, replaced all flashing and installed a beautiful flat panel steel roof that has made our home look like new.

We had purchased a house in Lake Tahoe that had a 40 year old shake wood roof that needed to be replaced as it was at the end of its life and insurance companies weren't too excited to insure as it was. We contacted over seven roofers to understand our different options. The solution Audrey and True Green Roofing offered seemed to deliver the most value as it was toward the low-end of most other bids for composite shingles, but provided much longer transferable warranty given it is metal. Audrey was a pleasure to work with and delivered to meet each commitment she made. Roofing in Tahoe is always a weather dependent operation, but her and Sierra Coast Roofing worked hard to make it a success.
