Staff was reasonable when it came to pricing, their staff was friendly in reference to booking a service date, the service that was rendered at my residence was great! Great people working there! Lonnie, our salesman and Denice in billing are super professional. We had adt for over 6 years and every time we had a problem it would take forever to talk to a human and then always ended up sending someone out days later. Alarm not working and waiting days for someone to come out was not a great feeling. Plus their monthly was much more than Mountain Alarm. Phone app super quick also! Just very happy we changed.

Switched from Johnson Controls to Mountain Alarm, saved A TON of money, and got much better customer service!
