Happy with the alarm equipment and monitoring services provided by Washington Alarm. I have been using them for nearly 10 years at one business location and recently contracted them for a second location. Very responsive support from both the administrative team for account updates and from the service team for equipment maintenance & repair.

We had another alarm company, a big national chain. We switched to Washington Alarm to support a local company & thrilled we did. Their service was exceptional. We had a new home so lots of complexities. Their staff is very friendly, trustworthy & knowledgeable. Plus, they are extremely responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
