C & W-Hanover Septic

Dear Trudy and staff,I wanted to write and thank you and your employees for all the diligent work last week. It was refreshing compared to the other company I had worked with. You gave an honest estimate that you stuck to, you came out when you said you would and you did a thorough job. I appreciate Billy coming out and ensuring the job could be done the best and most economical was (tying the wash line into the septic system). I also appreciate the work of Billy, Joe, and Brian and that they stayed late until the job was done. They were also able to make additional repairs that came up as they started the original work. If you ever have a prospective customer that wants a referral, I would be happy to give my recommendation. You did what any company should do, but they don't always nowadays."

I called yesterday to get three septic tanks pumped within a mile of each. Cole called Friday morning and said he would be here within 20 minutes, which he was. I met him on the farm where two of the dwellings were located. He said he needed to have the state inspect his truck at 8:30AM. He pumped the two on the lane, met the inspector, checked the third which did not need pumping and left before 9:00AM. I was impressed with your company and especially Cole. You did what and when you said you were going to do it. I was especially impressed with Cole's work ethics and that he was proud of his work. My brother-in-law recommended you and I will do so in the future. Thank you for a job well done!"

I have used C & W Septic many, many times. I use them for real estate septic inspections and repairs. They do a wonderful job. You can count on them! Always on time, professional, great customer service. The best!!
