Typically septic installs or repairs are never things you necessarily plan on, but Jazz Septic made this so manageable. First, they were the only company to very quickly get back to me on the process and to answer questions. They were able to help me through the entire process and even speed things up based on my timeline. The days that they were here installing, their crew was incredibly respectful and very professional. Our septic install went super smooth, and the county passed it without any issues. Great customer service. Jazz was out this morning to pump two septic tanks for me. They got me scheduled within a couple days, arrived as scheduled and completed the service quickly. There was one small hiccup but when I called them the lady on the phone was very helpful and the owner came out personally to remedy the situation. We will be happy to use Jazz septic again in the future.
