I called Macken on a Sunday afternoon and within 90 minutes, Jimmy was at my house. He was able to unplug my Septic by removing tree roots. Access to the septic opening was not easy and he (without hesitation) crawled under my deck to get to it. I was more than happy with their service. I will be using and recommending Macken from now on. I thought the bill was very fair considering it was a Sunday and an emergency. Thank you so much.

We had a vent to our septic tank get mangled and when I called on the weekend, Julie was quick to respond and we had Ethan come out within a couple hours. Both of them displayed quality customer service and Ethan was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue w/in an hour! Awesome.
