She is very positive and polite in making sure my questions and concerns were answered in the appropriate manner and timely manner. I felt comfortable in knowing no questions asked were just as important as any other questions asked whether big or small she was able to assist. If she didn’t have the the answers at the moment she told me she would call me back with the answers, it didn’t take weeks or months. I really thought that was very important, getting back to answer my questions.
