I had a great experience. Jake was the person who helped me set up my storage unit. He was very professional and patient with me. Jake explained your policies, showed me a couple of units that I could choose from and even gave me a cold bottle of water, as it was pretty warm outside.

Very impressed with Columbia City West Coast Storage. Amy was helpful and thorough in showing me around. She patiently explained check-in procedures. The facility was clean, well-lit and felt safe. I really like that the loading area is in their secure interior garage. No worries if it’s raining.

Communication was excellent! Felt very comfortable with the way I was treated. Very clear with all my questions I am Looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you so much.
