TOP 3 SAPA SUSHI BAR & ASIAN GRILL REVIEWS
Among some of the less traditional on this list lies Sapa Sushi, a sushi bar and Asian grill with Vietnamese and Thai influence. This downtown eatery serves everything from Thai noodle dishes to popular Americanized sushi rolls to special house creations. Be sure to try the UFO, Lowrider Roll (off the menu and spicy), or the Maui Wowie. Low priced and eclectic- a great lunch or dinner spot for friends who are adventurous and willing to try something different!
Damn good sushi and saki. Be mindful this place requires 21 and up though. Outdoor seating is pretty spacious. Nice decor. Very friendly staff. I ordered Omakase which is just asking the chef to prepare what he wants for you. Absolutely delicious! Will definitely return here.
I suspect someone in the kitchen has an art background, because virtually every dish at Sapa is artfully conceived and presented. The saying goes that we eat first with our eyes—and everything at Sapa looks delectable. What surprised me—especially given those early reports from less-than-enthusiastic customers—was that everything I tasted at Sapa was superb.

TOP 3 TAKASHI REVIEWS
Just the right place to have a date night or a family dinner. I noticed that this place has a high demand, you have to come early to find a table. The reason is because the food and service is so good. I love all the variety of sushi they have, they also offer other entrees like BBQ pork and chicken salads, and many healthy food dishes. I really recommend this place.
I told the hostess that I just wanted a sushi chef that would use his expertise to give me the best experience he could and I let him use his judgment and I was not disappointed. I didn't order anything off the menu I just told the sushi chef that I wanted to experience the best they had and he outdid himself. I get through here twice a year and I've never had a bad experience. Excellent food excellent cocktails and excellent service thank you. The picture I posted is some of their work I guess it was more of a tasting menu if you will.
Wow, one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 would come back here again. My favorites were the fresh nigiri and wagyu small plate.

TOP 3 ITTO SUSHI REVIEWS
Itto is hands down the absolute best sushi in Utah. If you go for sushi anywhere else you’re legit crazy. Get the Sunset, Lion King, 911, and of course the toro sashimi. Itto is THE BEST!!! Ask for the “special sauce” mmm.... the sushi and the people who work here are the best of the best! ??????
Being spoiled the right way, with quality service, the waiters are always kind and very informative, the food is always sublime! Well made and beautifully presented to its quality I'm a huge fan sushi and Ittos is the only sushi place in SLC I have never left disappointed, best quality I've had in Utah.
Visiting from Idaho and tried on a whim. Very good, fresh sashimi. Generous portions. Attentive staff. Chef included great samples of freshest fish. I might come back before I leave town. Cheers!
