Grasso's Towing

Another fantastic job. Woke up to a flat tire Saturday and requested that BMW Roadside only sent Grasso's Towing. Mat made sure air was put in the tire to prevent damage to the rim during transport. My car was at the dealer in no time, pleasantries and all. There's a reason so many of us won't let any other company come near their vehicle. Exotic, classic, or beater daily driver - they treat every car as if its their own. Their professionalism and passion is even evident through their relationship with the dealerships themselves.

Fantastic service and great experience all around. Kelly kept me informed and updated all throughout the process. Alex drove the tow truck and picked up my car -- he was highly professional and personable. I highly recommend Grasso's!

Very satisfied with the service. Richard was very professional on the phone. Gave me an estimate of 20 minute arrival and the tow arrived in 10 minutes. Matt was very professional on arrival and dropped off my car a destination with no damages. Definitely recommend.
