Rachael Ross Upholstery is a wonderful shop with prompt adherence to timelines and impeccable upholstery work. I asked Rachael to reupholster kitchen chair cushions and she asked to have them dropped off on Friday and picked up on Sunday. I got a text mid-day Saturday with an invoice and notice they were ready for pickup. I wish all small business were run this well. Can't wait for my next project with Rachael Ross Upholstery!
