Erin Storms is a fabulous customer service representative! We purchased our windows in 2004 and two of them have stress cracks and need repair. I called Pella expecting a big hassle and expense to get them repaired but Erin kindly walked me through the Pella claims process, and after she did some research she told us that our windows were covered under warranty...yes you read that correctly. We made our purchase 19 years ago and Pella still honored their warranty. Pella windows were not the cheapest option but I am so glad we purchased them.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I had an issue with a defective sliding glass door, which was noticed after my contractor installed it. Pella was quick to reply and to order a replacement. The communcation was excellent. The Pella installers who came to install the replacement were friendly and professional. I love my sliding glass door. Pella has restored my faith in customer service, which has mostly been lacking everywhere these days. Pella has my loyalty from now on.

I liked working with the representative. Another representative came out to make sure the windows were accurately made. The installers were efficient and considerate. The windows look wonderful in our home and are effective with keeping the heat inside.
