We have recently started using Pella for our projects. Dan has gone out of his way for us on multiple occasions to make sure our projects run smoothly. He and his team were quick to come up with solutions to keep our projects within budget and homeowners happy. John from their warranty team was exceptional as well, he was quick to remedy our concerns with zero hassle on our end. Our experience with Pella thus far has been nothing but phenomenal, everyone we have met has been knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our needs.

We had our Pella windows installed twenty years ago, and they still look and work beautifully! Recently I needed to replace a window crank, and Pella immediately sent me a replacement at no cost. It was easy to install, and we are back in business. Thanks for the great customer service!
