Beautiful shala! I took the level 3 class on Saturday morning. The instructor broke down various advanced poses but didn’t push anyone to do what they didn’t feel comfortable with. It was super challenging but accessible. Great vibe. Friendly students. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
I've been attending class at Sonic 3-4 times per week for about 6 months now. The staff is supportive and uplifting. The community is palpable. I highly recommend this studio.
