Stafford House

I recently toured this place despite some of the negative reviews. It isn’t what the negatives make it out to be, and the office is very open with feedback on the reviews and issues that happened before they managers started working with the new company. They have been very responsive to all of my questions, the office looks amazing and the new upgrades look great. - side note, I hope the guy who complained about flags finds something better to do than leave negative reviews about places he don’t live at

The thing I liked the most about Stafford house is its proximity to stores compared to where I lived earlier. I loved the plan Stafford had to offer for the two-bedroom category. Megan has been of great help and has made our move-in easy. The apartment itself is great and I enjoy living here. If you are staying on the ground floor, you can hear your neighbor upstairs when he/she walks. Other than that, the place is great!!!

Spit Shiners dream. This place looks like a "nice place" on the outside. Inside its a joke. Paper thin walls OR the loudest speaking people in the world happen to live on all sides. Be ready to pay almost $200 for electric even on months where you are gone for half of the time and have nothing running. Their deal with Pioneer Energy is the last nail in this coffin.
