The Avenue at Polaris Apartments

I moved here in August and I have enjoyed it so far. I also noticed they have been trying harder to make the community cleaner and better, which I appreciate. They recently upgraded their wifi, and it is very fast now. The maintenance team is very friendly and quick with their work and the staff is awesome as well. The interior is very pretty and I believe is a lot better than other apartment complexes in this area and at a better pricing as well. I trust the people in this community; I wouldn't worry if I left packages in front of my door because I know no one would steal them. Overall, this is the best apartment complex I have lived in and I will continue to stay here!

The Avenue is a great place to live. Staff is friendly, neighbors are good too. I have lived here 5 years, I have nothing but good things to say never had an issue that wasn't handled immediately. They keep up on the community. The buildings have been repainted (interior), adding LED lighy fixtures, keypad entries, parking lots frequently repaved, the list goes on. The only downfall which is not a deal breaker to me is we don't have an elevator. If your looking for somewhere affordable check out The Avenue!

Really amazing place to live, management is always quick to respond and is available for a lot of the week in the leasing office for any immediate problems. Best maintenance team I've ever seen in an apartment complex as well. Maintenance orders are usually completed the same day they are placed which is incredible. Overall, highly recommended, I've absolutely loved my time here.
