We’ve had a wonderful experience with our walker, Ali, and with the company as a whole. They’re very accommodating of each pet family’s individual scheduling needs, with no minimum walks per week required to maintain service. This was the biggest perk to me, as well as their incredibly fair pricing rates. The services are always excellent and our reluctant pup is always very happy. I’m so thankful for Windy City Dog Walkers for giving me peace of mind in leaving my pup behind when I have to be in the office because I know she will be well taken care of during her walk. Our walker is very respectful of our space and all of our requests for specific care during the winter season. They really go the extra mile with the little things like wiping our girl’s feet on wet/snowy days. We’re very satisfied with the services and will continue to be loyal customers and recommend WCDW to our friends as well.

We love Windy City Dog Walkers. Our 8 month old retriever loves seeing Michael S. Walk through the door (twice a day). We appreciate the consistency of having Michael each time, so that our pup knows what to expect. Michael S. Has been so kind and gentle with isla. He treats her like his own pet. So sweet and she loves him. We know we can rely on Michael to be there on time and let us know if he has concerns. He gives us important updates after each walk and sends us multiple pictures of our puppy. She is always happy to go for a walk with him.

Highly recommend. I am so grateful to have found this company to care for my dog for daily walks (Monday thru Friday). They are the best in Chicago for these reasons: 1) the service portal is very easy to use 2) the managers are prompt and friendly when replying to messages 3) my assigned walker is the best. He is a great communicator & I feel very comfortable with him helping care for my pup.
