Nick is the best! He has strong integrity and perseverance.He works hard. He keeps the customer aware of all his treatment regarding the control of mice.He shows pictures of the mesh and where he places it. He explains everything he does and why. He is respectful and genuinely cares.I have great respect for Nick!

Had the best experience with tech Bennet was a big help. Customer service answering the phones was helpful and great. They were able to come out the same day and really took their time looking at the issues. They also took the time to educate and explain. Reasonably priced for the work they do!

Jacob came out and performed his work very professionally and efficiently. He knew exactly what he was doing and answered all questions we had for him. Looking forward to POINTE's continued service.

Rafael is fantastic at his job. Not only is he a very skilled technician but his customer service skills are outstanding—he thoroughly explained the process, answered every question patiently and was extremely understanding of our concerns as we were facing a pest issue we'd never encountered before. Most important, he effectively addressed the issue for which we are eternally grateful. Their service manager, Mike (who was incredibly responsive and facilitated everything beautifully) is also fantastic and has great expertise. Outstanding customer service like this is tough to come by. We are so grateful to have found Eco Tech.

Adrian did a wonderful job, and deserves 10 stars. We wanted to preemptively have the house checked and treated for any of those pesky spring ants. He was patient and thorough while walking through all areas to check for possible points of entry, and clearly explained the whole process. He will even be back in two weeks to make sure we are in great shape for the season. Happy to have such a great company in the area.

Justin did a detailed inspection, thoroughly answered all of our questions, and helped us understand all of our options so we could choose the best treatment plan for our property.
