Victor did an amazing job installing my mother's ADT security system. He was super pleasant, professional, and efficient. With a very short window, he arrived early and finished early-- after only a few hours. He offered excellent information as well as options, both for where the equipment was to go as well as additional purchase options. I very much appreciate the uber professionalism and competence. And, I look forward to further working with Safestreets.

Our installed technician (Kevin) was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. He was great at building rapport and did not feel at all that he was pushing any unneeded products.

Alert Protective Services delivers on all counts: good pricing, attentive security, and excellent customer service. - We’ve been customers for over 30 years at two different homes. When we first got an alarm system, and with periodically reviews since then, no other local or national alarm company beats Alert Protective’s price. - Knock wood: so far, we have not had a break-in, fire, etc. However, on occasion loud noises have activated our motion detector; or we inadvertently set off the security alarm ourselves. Every time, Alert Protective has called to check within two minutes or less. - Recently we needed to do some minor maintenance to our system. The technical agent there walked me through the process, and I was able to complete myself (Thanks Mara!) When we have needed an in-person call, technicians were on time and professional.

I highly recommend Alert Protective Services—we’ve been with Alert for 6 years and have always been impressed by their customer service. A year ago we had our basement refinished, and Alert came before and after the project, giving us extra time and attention, to ensure we had the right products to meet our new needs. Whenever we’ve accidentally set off our own alarm, Alert is always on it and reaches out to us immediately. We feel an extra sense of security knowing we have Alert.

Professional, honest, and trustworthy. Carlos installed my alarm system over 9 years ago and I recently reached out to him about security cameras Carlos promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. Carlos was as responsive, honest, and professional in answering my questions now as he was 9+ years ago. He carefully explained options and solutions and then he walked outside around the property with me to suggest possible camera locations for optimal coverage.

We’ve used Security Doctors for about five years. The installation of our new system was pretty flawless and they were even able to add a sump pump monitor as a bonus. The team was professional and easy to work with. Subsequently we had a couple of intermittent connectivity problems with a sensor: this was remotely diagnosed quickly and they came out and installed a repeater to solve it.

Security Doctors came to my home and helped me design a security system. There were choices they helped me learn about, answered all my questions. Together we set up a system that works really well. Their installers were very professional, caring and neat. Even though my system was installed years ago, I recently had a technical question and the follow-up I got was awesome. I would recommend anyone to consider Security Doctors if they want to design a system with a caring company that isnt just concerned with their profits.
