These days it’s daunting to find a company that you can trust to do the work that they’ve promised and it being done well. I have great neighbors and they indirectly placed me in the capable hands of Chimney USA. Thank goodness. Our water heater couldn’t function without a cleaned chimney flue. The Chimney USA team accommodated us with short notice, sweeped (NPI) in and got the job done in less than two hours. Provided pictures of the clogging issues and their completed work. 5-star rating for sure. We fully intend to employ them for other needed repairs. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my chimney, roof and furnace lining. They took pictures of the areas that needed repairing or replaced. They showed me the pictures. Everyone was nice and professional. The company is highly recommended.

My tall chimney had storm wear and damage over the years, they were able to come out in less than a week of the quote and do all of the exterior work in 1.5 days. I observed professionalism and safety standards, and a very thorough job so my chimney exterior will last for years to come. You get what you pay for, high quality work. I will be using them annually for my chimney inspections.

Ignite has a great team of craftsmen who performed much need work on my neglected chimney. New stainless steel liner, rebuilt the chimney from the roof up. Top notch! The office support staff is very responsive as well. I Highly recommend this company.

Everyone I talked to at Ignite carefully listened to our issue with a chimney cap and provided helpful solutions. Rob was very nice and professional when he came to check our chimney and installed a beautiful new cap.

Great experience working with Ignite Chimney. Communication was very timely and they kept me updated throughout the process. The upgrade from wood logs to gas turned out great and the installation was smooth. I would highly recommend them.
