I have been using this team for the last 5 years. I recently moved from a two story house to a three story house and kept this company as my gutter cleaners of choice. I've also used them for a few repairs and they come in with a quote and talk through what they will do before doing it. They are priced fairly and always do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

Guaranteed Gutters have been cleaning our gutters and repairing any roof related issues for more than 5 years and they have been excellent at it. Their prices are also very reasonable. I do recommend checking them out if you need work done on your gutters or to make sure your roof is being well taken care of.

The workers were on time and polite and professional. Did a great job and cleaned up the driveway and landscaping after finishing. Our townhome uses them every year with great success.

My interactions with one of the Santiago brothers, we're all pleasant and respectful. When I first called the company, 4 months before the work, they called me back promptly. I never had to talk to uninformed office admin nor greasy sales team. I always interact ed with the same person who was easy to talk to because his manner was respectful. Their work is fast and good quality. Of course, I can only go by the pictures. The work does look sturdy and not sloppy. They did exactly as we agreed. No unpleasant surprises. I recommend them highly.

Had an issue with soffit that came loose on the 3rd floor of our home and needed to get it fixed asap, he replied quickly and came same day. Work was fast clean and he was very helpful, have me pics of my roof to show it was in good condition. Really good pricing as well, would highly recommend!!!
