3 Best Computer Repair in Chicago, IL

Had a problem with one of my fans on my laptop breaking. I tried fixing it on my own but it had to be completely replaced and I didn’t trust myself to be able to do that on my own. Called Alan on my way into work the next morning and he told me he’d be able to order new parts and replace them. He was very nice and understandable both in person and over text. Pricing was reasonable. Took it in a few days later (I work super late and I need a ride to get places so I’m completely unavailable on certain days) and dropped it off. Two weeks later, I got a text letting me know it was done and I went back later that night to pick it up and it’s working perfectly now. Fans are quieter than they were even before they broke. There were a few slight scheduling issues where something came up on Alans end and because of how strict my schedule is we had to reschedule to a different day, but I understand he’s working on his own and has things outside of work that might come up so I can look past that. Overall very good experience, very happy with the repair. Will probably be coming back if I ever run into any more issues with my laptop.

Amazing service from Alan! I had brought 2 PC's to him, needed components swapped and cable management. Alan was able to do it the same day with a reasonable price, had no issues at all, very communicative through whole process from when i brought it in to when i picked it up! and informing me that i was missing a part (Fan Control Hub) which he added for an additional cost which i had no problem with because it was needed . Would love to give a big thanks to Alan and his technician in which they saved me from a HUGE headache and saved me so much time!!

Alan is great! He was able to solder a new charging port on my laptop for a very reasonable price. He is often busy but the quality of the repair is excellent. He's very honest and did a great job explaining the entire repair process to me. I would recommend him for any of your computer repair needs!

I took my computer just to get a GPU to another repair place at a well known company, and after telling me the install would take 1 day, it took them a week, and they created all sorts of other problems for me. They even said it'd take 2 more weeks for them to fix what they messed up. I took my computer from there to Sultan, and he fixed it in 24 hours. Not only that, he gave me fantastic suggestions on cooling the new parts I had installed, and charged me hundreds of dollars less than what the bigger place would have charged me. He's a chill guy too who will walk you through exactly what went wrong, what to make things better with, and is very communicative even when you're not there in the store. Easily made a lifelong customer, and I'd highly suggest you come here with any type of problem.
