Anchor Point was highly recommended to us and they lived up to the hype! We just purchased our first house here in Chicago and were concerned about the condition of our roof. We knew our sunroom had experienced significant water damage over time and discovered some soft spots on the roof. Anchor Point came out for a free inspection and confirmed that our sunroom roof needed to be replaced (but the rest of our roof was in good shape! Whew!) They answered all of our questions and worked with us to schedule around weather interruptions. Their communication with us was EXCELLENT. My contact person, Ever, kept me updated with shipping details regarding the materials and photos as the project got started. They completed the project in about 6 hours start to finish. We love our new roof and look forward to working with Anchor Point again when we eventually replace the rest of our roof.

I found my roof leaking during a storm. I found Countryside thru Nextdoor app from great reviews and they were very quick to answering calls and coming out on short notice. Bob did the review and Eric did the roof repair. Both were very professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. They pointed out things elsewhere that I hadn't even noticed and gave a lot of great advice on things I was concerned of. Eric even found a second nail broken thru a shingle nearby and repaired that as well. I also had Countryside replace my gutters and they got it done within a day just before the next storm. Fantastic job all around. Highly recommended.

We had our cedar shake roof replaced and had some other work done, including gutter guards. Countryside took six months to plan the removal of the old material so as to not damage any fully developed landscaping. During the construction, their crew was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout the process. Can’t say enough good things about Pat Dolan, and the crew at countryside. Our roof turned out amazing.

Such great service. Eric the technician was great. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Took time before the job to explain what he was looking for and then afterwards took the time to show me pictures and explain what he repaired. From initial call to repair, this was a really good experience.
