My wife and I are first time home buyers and needed an inspection for a house built in 1958. After being recommended Alpha, we set up an appointment with Ivan and Steve. We are super happy to have went with them for our inspection. They are both extremely thorough and took their time to ensure they created a consice report on the condition of the house. Steve and Ivan were very knowledgeable and both showed that love their job and provided honest feedback about the condition of the house in a professional manner. 100 percent would recommend Alpha.

James was very meticulous and sought out every nook and cranny of the condo and building itself, from basement to roof.
