Jake to the rescue! ABC Wildlife responded swiftly by sending Jake to our residence within 20 minutes of calling. Jake kept us in the loop on his arrival time as we kept track of our baby raccoons so Jake could safely remove them. Jake was kind and gentle as he removed the cute raccoons. He shared helpful information about their behavior and reassured us we made the right decision by removing them. I would call ABC Wildlife for all your pest problems. They hire and retain true professionals. Thank you Jake for your kindness, professionalism, and flexibility.

The Inspection Tech, Steve, arrived exactly on time for the initial visit this morning. He was knowledgeable, courtesy, and thorough and answered all our questions. Our experience in setting up the appointment with the office over the phone was similar. We're now just a few hours into the process, so it's too soon to address the outcome in removing our unwanted squirrel borders in the eaves, but we've been very satisfied with ABC in the past and we're confident we will be this time.

Matt arrived on time. He accessed our fireplace to remove a squirrel successfully. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

MR. CRITTER CHICAGO REVIEWS

Mr. Critter was amazing. We were not able to attach the regular squirrel traps to our roof so he worked with us to create an alternate type of trap that didn’t need to be attached to the roof. He caught the squirrel and showed us how to repair the hole they entered through. Chris was very thorough and courteous. It was a joy to work with Mr. Critter but I hope we never have to again. But if the situation arises in the future, he will be the first person we call.

Chris did a fantastic job sealing gaps around my house to keep wildlife intruders out. He is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, does a great job communicating, and will get the job done. No need to call anywhere else, he is your guy for any wildlife concerns.

Chris from Mr. Critter was fantastic to work with. He immediately helped mitigate our issue and his communication was amazing! I highly recommend Chris to anyone and will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future.
