Critter Control of San Jose

This company is very well organized and thorough. You are assigned one person and that person does all the inspection and follow up. Steve was very professional and courteous. The inspection was thorough and they sealed our home from rodents. It's not inexpensive but we paid half as much a few years ago to have the house rat proofed and it didn't work so we felt the investment was worth it. I found many good reviews for them online and through Nextdoor before hiring them. Steve also built custom doors for our crawlspaces which look great. Nice guys and easy to have around. I appreciated their hard work and professionalism.

We've been using Critter Control for many years, we started our relationship with a Racoon invasion that they helped us out with (11 total!) Then over the years due to our tile roof, we've had a bit of a rodent issue that Steve has always helped out with. Can't say enough good things about this company, from the office staff to the troopers that have to do the dirty work & never complain. Critter Control helped us gain control of a rodent problem in our last home and now is helping to prevent rodent access in our new home. Steve is a pleasure to work with and is very diligent about finding every possible hole or crevice that could allow a rodent in. We've had no issues since Steve sealed up our house from these clever little invaders. I recommend Critter Control to anyone who needs help trapping or preventing entry. They do great work!
