From the very start on the first video call with the customer rep it was a very easy and smooth experience working with Ergeon. They scheduled the installation work at a preferred and convenient time for both my neighbor and I. The assigned installers showed up on time and also completed the final installation on time. The project manager for our installation provided timely e-mail and text updates prior, during and post work. I was always in the loop and never felt unattended. The quality of the fence construction is very high and exactly what I was looking for. I would proudly recommend Ergeon to my family, friends and neighbors in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with Ergeon’s work on my backyard cement project. From the beginning Manuel was quick to answer phone calls and emails. Manuel, Diego and Antonio are very organized and they were able to get my project scheduled in a timely manner. I was speechless when I saw the final project, I am so happy with their work. I have already recommended Ergeon to my friends and family, I will recommend them for any big or small project you may need.

Kelly is an excellent sales rep and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her. She is prompt, thorough and addressed all of my concerns about artificial turf. Ergeon contracts out with a local installer who was very good and adjusted installation based on my agressive diggers. Ergeon was easy to work with and very organized. Communication on their part was excellent.

In my case, one of the 4 x 6 cracked, they showed up and they replaced it for me without any charge.

I had Alejandro Quality fence fabricate a RV access and Access entry plus and metal fence on the other side of my house. Was very pleased. They made the door and installed it in a timely matter and made the adjustments to the specifications that were required to accommodate the space.
