ADT SECURITY SERVICES SAN JOSE REVIEWS

We had an excellent experience with Larry Kleebauer, a technician at ADT. We had an installation of a doorbell camera and several outside security cameras. The system works very well and the technical support from Larry was exceptional. He was very patient, explained the system and answered all our questions.

We are extremely happy for the wonderful service provided by Ritchie, Francisco and Brandon!!! They were absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. All three of the men spent the whole day installing the system. I have a large house, so it was so nice that they took their time to make sure every detail was covered. We were so impressed by their professionalism and especially their kindness!!!! We would ABSOLUTELY recommend ADT to our friends and family. Thank you for a job well done! We feel very safe and secure.

I have been a long time customer of S&S. They provide a solid product and are always good at customer service. However, Valerie Edoria is especially good at what she does. Always prompt in returning emails/phone calls. Always polite and, most importantly, always effective at getting my issues solved. Valerie is the best reason to work with S&S.

The tech they sent out, Misael was incredible! The entire process was great. They communicated with me, got the job done well and even attempted to get my appt handled early but I wasn't available. I would highly recommend.

Worked with Shannon who was very helpful through the sales process. Installation was fast and techs knowledgable. We had a very good experience and would definitely recommend.
