I've used the services of Dirty Paws Pet Sitting & Dog Walking several times now and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Kenya, the owner, made an in-home visit before any services were provided, which put me at ease. My cat is very shy, but Kenya and Madi and Kara have taken amazing care of him. They visit twice daily while I’m out of town for work, and I always receive pictures and updates after their visits. The convenience of the Time to Pet app is fantastic—it makes booking, messaging, and paying invoices for Dirty Paws a breeze. Their pricing is clear for each service and reasonable for this area. If you're looking for reliable and caring pet sitters, look no further than Dirty Paws!

I have used the team at Dirty Paws several times now. They always do a great job looking after my 3 cats, providing excellent communication and bring very well organized with how they complete all the requested tasks (feed cats, empty litter boxes, search for and clean up “accidents”). My cats are very shy, but have warmed up to the pet sitters they employ. Happy customer - will continue working with them for many years to come

We used to live in the San Jose area and Kenya was our go-to catsitter for several years before and during the pandemic. I think we hired her since 2016? She always sent us updates on our cats and always showed them care and love. Sadly, we moved out of the area and we're outside her range of service. If you live in the San Jose area, I highly recommend booking Kenya for your pet sitting needs!

We are so lucky to have come across While You Were Out for our large and energetic pit mix. Alex and her team are extremely professional, communicate effectively and most importantly are genuine animal lovers. The attention to detail and putting our pet(s) focus first is top notch. We fully trust While You Were Out and can’t say enough about their talents and experience. Trusting that our dog, Lucy, will be walked by someone she's familiar with while we are away from home is priceless!

We were able to hire Alex on pretty short notice, we really appreciated her accommodating our request. She took great care of our cats and sent us photos and updates on every visit. I'm glad to have a petsitter I trust in the area!

Alex is amazing! She cares for our dog as he is hers. Rain or shine there is always a place to take him out for the best time ever. My dog think she is Disneyland every time she comes.
