Banner has great service. I have to give Ian a shoutout for the excellent service he did for property. My property has several units and Ian did a excellent job for each. He went through each unit carefully and explain to me what was needed to be done. I like the professionalism that he explain the details and what I actually need to spend instead of just paying for something I do not need. So far no issues with roaches and mice since he showed up. I recommend Banner and Ian.

Edgar was awesome and really easy to work with, he was able to explain the process and make sure that we were aware of the steps to ensure successful treatment posted warnings and reiterated the importance of following the guidelines to keep and my tenants. I am confident that with his experience and expertise issues are being taken care of and add on top of that amazing customer focused service we are beyond pleased we have Banner pest service always there to aid.

Our tech Ronald came out for service today and we we’re beyond impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We truly felt comfortable and safe knowing our home was in good hands. He went over and beyond to safeguard our home against oriental cockroaches, rats, ants, etc. I feel 100% safer using Orkin for the duration of our services.

We have used Planet Orange for termite control for a few years and we are very happy with it. Because of our connection with Planet Orange, we decided to use them for rodent control when we discovered we had a problem. We are so happy with our Specialist Sophia. She is amazing! She is smart, knowledgeable, professional and has provided outstanding service. She provided us with information about rodents and the best ways to control them. She also found places they were probably accessing our house that we had not thought of. She has been to our home twice and we continue to be impressed. The second visit was part of our continuing contract and she had the “fun” job of removing a HUGE (her words!) dead rat from our attic. I was so happy not to have to deal with that! Bottom line- Sophia is EXCELLENT and I can’t recommend her and Planet Orange highly enough.

Kevin was our service provider today and did an excellent job. He quickly and skillfully completed the assessment and treatment of the property and provided a lot of information on the methods and products used! We hope to see you again, next time! Thanks Kevin!
