The experience at this branch was overall pretty good, but the best highlight of it all has got to be this nice staff-person, JOSH! He was professional, but also kind/ personable and went out of his way to assist me in every way he could. He didn’t have to and I wouldn’t really have known the difference or that it was even possible; but he actually chose to do what’s best for the client. Of course, then in turn…what’s good for the customer will usually also make the business grow and expand. He’s generous, but also wise in this respect. Therefore, respectfully to my fellow tenants/ clients and the Extra Space business executives alike…please, do cherish and elevate this team-member Josh!!! (((Thank you all sincerely!!!!!!!)))

Clean storage units With temperature control was what I was looking for and I found it. Store manager Josh was very kind and patient with me measuring up the storage units. He was also very informative and easy to understand when it came to price breakdowns and other things. Very professional service.

Always helpful, kind, and great customer service. Josh was very helpful changing the light bulb in our unit.

I am so very pleased with this business. The staff are so helpful. Erica helped me at the counter sort out a mistake I made online. She made my experience stress free. Kathy, on the grounds, was very helpful helping me find my unit. With staff like this, I have a lot more trust in this storage location. Thanks again ladies!! That aside, the property and units are very clean and seem secure. If you want a lock included with your unit, reserve online. That made a world of difference l, as I was not very prepared when I came in.

Kathy is the best. She's always extremely helpful, and has even helped me with online rates. She is truly a 5-star employee, and goes above and beyond to help the members. As long as she's here continuing to assist me, I will continue renting out spaces at this Public Storage. Thank you, Kathy!

This is my first time getting a storage and when I call Julie was very helpful. And when I came in person they are very nice and helpful very clean place. I recommend you come check them out if you ever need a safe storage place.

I liked the place, close to me and it's the first time I've stayed in a storage unit. I liked that they have units with alarms and the staff was very attentive.

Great people work there very clean and sucre I would say a perfect 10.
