Great experience! I got a call from the technician within the specified time window that he was at my building for the repair. I came down to meet him in the lobby. He said it would only take him 15 minutes to repair my cracked screen. He asked if I had another way he could reach me when he was done, but the phone he was repairing was my only one. He said no problem, I'll be done at 1pm and you can come down then. I did and he was there waiting for me as promised! He walked me through the repairs he completed and was on his way. So easy, so quick.

Very happy with the service at uBreakiFix in The Plant. They were able to replace the battery in my wife's Pixel 4a the same day, and even faster than the original estimate! They also handled the warranty claim through Google so there was no cost (and no hassle!) to me. I will definitely be back!

So I went in today to go get fixed my 11 Pro Max for iPhone when they initially thinking I was gonna pay so much money to get my phone fixed but when I went to go pick up my phone and they give you a discount deal you should take it I was so happy and that I got my phone back and also the price I paid for and the service that I got from the people there was so you could say fabulous. But thank you for you guys help you guys help me out so much and you guys help me save some money. I really appreciate it. I will be coming back for more repairs.
