SERVICE CHAMPIONS SAN JOSE REVIEWS

Javier worked alone and completed a very thorough job checking on the condition of a Heating system/ AC system/Pool heating and filtering system/ Attic insulation and Electrical installations. He asked appropriate questions and was interested in doing a proper inspection. It was surprisng that he still had the time to write copious notes, take photos, fill out forms, and then sit down to discuss all the pertinent conditions. He spoke well and carried himself as a gentleman at all times. I would consider him an excellent employee who is happy with his service and pleased to work for Service Champions. A keeper for certain!!

We are extremely pleased overall with Service Champions and will now use them on an annual basis! We have had another company come several times over the past few years that actually installed our air conditioning unit/heating system, when our thermostat continued to have issues. Oscar from Service Champions was thorough and knowledgeable and helped us get it functioning properly. He was also able to explain things in ways that we could understand which we really appreciated. We plan to request Oscar in the future if he is available.

Joseph Herrera from Service Champions did a furnace tune up for me. After he finished the job, he reviewed the furnace condition and explained in details with pictures that put my concern to rest. Joseph is very professional, experienced and friendly. Overall, I am very happy with Joseph’s performance and highly recommended!

VALLEY HEATING, COOLING, ELECTRICAL AND SOLAR REVIEWS

Everybody we interacted in was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Not only did they complete the job in record time from our first call to completion of the installation, but they also uncovered a safety issue tgat resulted from a previous remodel and fixed it. Highly recommend and very pleased with the top notch customer care they provided.

We had mini splits installed for 3 bedrooms and the main living area. The units are quiet, and the outside condenser unit can't be heard inside the home. We signed up on a Thursday, and installation started the following Monday. The crew was diligent, hard-working, and pleasant. Also, our rep came out quickly to give us the estimate.

These folks are the best. I have been doing business with them ever since I got my whole house's HVAC system installed 3 years ago. They are polite and on time and keep me updated on anything that comes along the way. They did my last service today and it was fast and had no issues.

IRBIS AIR PLUMBING ELECTRICAL REVIEWS

Deciding to replace our gas furnace/AC with a central heat pump was overwhelming. So many confusing choices we didn’t know where to start. My brother in law was very happy with his IRBIS experience so we gave them a call. Tim came for a consultation and clearly explained all our choices – their pro and cons. He was perfectly happy to describe the least expensive system to the most expensive system. Never trying to sway us one way or another. He just made sure we were thoroughly educated so we could make our best choice. After talking with Tim, IRBIS was our first and only quote. While the internet is helpful, nothing will ever replace a conversation with somebody who knows and stands behind their products. Dmitri and Jose installed our system in 2 days. They were very careful and treated our house like it was their own. Installation was well designed and executed (see photos). They cleaned up everyday (more than I clean myself!) and took every precaution to protect our home. This central heat pump was the last appliance to make our house completely gas free. By the way, if you go 100% electric, made sure you contact your utility company and tell them to officially turn off your gas. Otherwise they will continue to charge a minimum fee (ours was $45+/mo) even though we weren’t using ANY gas! Bruno was incredibly helpful informing us of possible rebates. I tried to find them but it was too confusing, so I asked Bruno for help. He guided me through every rebate. It must have been painful because I’m the worst when it comes to paperwork.

We recently had a Gree heatpump installed. Immediately, the unit sounded loud, but Irbis came right back to take a look. It seemed fixed, then super loud again. After several more visits, Irbis swapped the unit out for a new one, and we couldn't be happier. Irbis definitely went above and beyond to make sure things were right. Eduardo, Albert, Ezequies, Marco, Ray, Abdul - all were extremely polite and responsive. Thanks, Irbis!

Johnathan was exceptional. He truly ok care of our heater issues and explained in detail how to program our new thermostats. Would definitely recommend him for this job
