ClickAway Almaden did a great job repairing my Macbook Pro laptop. They are very accommodating: they loaned me a keyboard so I could use my computer while we waited for a new part to come in. If you want great customer service, go to ClickAway.

Erik was great! He communicated ab out the status of my MacBook Pro laptop repair, gave me options like having the needed parts overnighted for an extra fee so he could get it finished the next day, and stayed 30 minutes late on a Saturday to finish it so I could have it back ASAP.

Kevin was attentive and kind. If anything happens to my computer ever again I will definitely come again- they took great care of my computer.

Hands down the best all electronics repair and technical help and support store in the whole bay area and more. I have use them for numerous projects and they have always manage to address my issues in 24 hours. Some of tasks I thought were impossible to accomplish but they always some how find away. They also take in trades and sell all types of gaming consoles. Please support their great staff and amazing business. Plenty of safe parking in the rear of their building. Macbook and iPhone heaven.

Every time I need help with making a decision in trading in my old MacBook laptop or repairing it. Khuong, the owner, always give me a good analytical advice and it is still up to me to decide what to do. There has never been a pressure to buy stuffs from him or to repair. Plus he always give you the best price possible. The service is excellent. I strongly recommend this KT Electronics shop to anyone who needs anything with electronic devices ie smart phone, laptop, desktop computer etc.

Great microelectronics repair shop in the Bay Area, the only one who took on a custom microsoldering, microchip soldering job (they have a guy who specialized in that, ask for him). Repaired my car ECU to fix the misfire issue. Would definitely recommend it.

We had an issue with our PC not booting after a spill. Despite it being the holidays, they were able to help diagnose the problem, pinpoint the damaged parts, and give us a nice deal on a replacement for the damaged GPU. They even cleaned out the case. The PC is functioning and looking amazing now!

Mike is awesome, very patient and knowledgeable IT man and gaming computer builder, who also is very reasonable in his pricing. We will be in touch with SUPER TECH GEEK in the future anytime we need computer repairs.

Michael was very knowledgeable and helped my son with a custom build. My son picked out all the equipment he wanted and even though it turned out to be a difficult build, Michael was able to make it happen.
