ARG remains our first call for appliance repairs. We've called Mr. Singh several times over the past few years. He is always prompt, reliable, honest and reasonably priced. We feel confident in his advice and trust his recommendations. A few years back we had a problem with our washing machine, and he recommended we replace it as the cost of repair was not worthwhile. Most recently it was our tumble dryer. It's about 18 years old and I was certain we'd need to replace it too. But Mr Singh told us that tumble dryers can last for a very long time. He quickly discovered that the main control panel had failed and looked into ordering a new one. Then discovered that this particular part is no longer produced. But he said he has somebody who could repair it, took the part away and brought it back two days later. After installing the repaired part, our dryer is running smoothly once again. Mr Singh also helped us to clean the vent in the dryer that was so lint-filled it was a fire hazard.

We always receive excellent service from Mr Singh at ARG. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced. We know we can trust his advice and rely on his recommendations. Make him your first call for appliance repairs.

Every time I’ve called him, he has responded quickly and even diagnosed issues over the phone to get ahead of the repair. His repairs have been solid and priced fairly. I have referred him to easily a dozen friends and family members who have all been equally as pleased with his service. Likely often at his own expense, he has told me when the fix is just too expensive or not likely to last and has advised me to consider replacing the appliance rather than repairing it. That’s the mark, in my mind, of a true professional.
