I absolutely love living at Kensington! The staff go above and beyond to meet the residents needs. Any bit of maintenance I have requested help for is addressed speedily and well done, and without making it a hassle or feeling inconvenient. My favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in. Super grateful to be here!.

I would like to say thank you to the management team and the maintenance team. Our move in went very smooth any issues we had with the apartment (which was very little) was taken care of with no delay. Nice apartment nice area well maintained. Staff and management team were great and friendly and efficient. From my personal experience I would recommend these apartments.

He was great showing us all the Amenities explaining the calendar that goes out very detailed in the whole tour and answered all our questions with enthusiasm! Helped us fill out our application, very beautiful clean community.

Moved across the country and just took a chance on this place! So glad I did. The amenities are wonderful, clean and taken care of. The neighbors are friendly and very welcoming. So happy we made this our home! Can’t wait for the memories.

We really enjoy the lake access as well as hot tub, pool, and the mini dog stations around the area, not to mention the free pet spa as well. Management is very nice and respective. We have been enjoying our stay here at Edgewater!.

We had electrical outlet issue in our apartment today and Bud from the maintenance team fixed it promptly. He even cleaned up what little mess he made. Way to go.

SILVER BAY APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I had zero issues while living at Silver Bay! The management team is kind and responsive and handle everything quickly. The location of this complex is perfect with direct access to the green belt and the view of the lake. As a dog mom of two, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to live in Boise!.

Great place to call HOME!! Friendly management and staff!! If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further; Silver Bay apartments is the place to be! I can't recommend it enough!.

The staff are all really friendly and the apartments are quite spacious with good pricing. I had very little worry to worry about in the year I lived here, and it was the nicest place I lived with my budget.
