Kisa was super helpful. Helped us look at many different options for chair and sofa for our home. Even though we were just looking she spent the time to find out what we were looking for and then showed us options in price, size and styles. When we found a style we liked she showed us options in colors and wood finishes. We ended up purchasing both items as they were really what we were looking for in style and comfort. She fully explained the lead time for our order, delivery process and warranty. Overall a great experience with no pressure or steering us to something that may have been in stock, the store was trying to move or was higher priced.

I bought a sofa and two wing backed chairs in the fall. I do love them so. Tony was my salesman and he was wonderful! I had to change by order from a love seat to a second wing back due to space. He was so kind and accommodating. Last week my microwave went out and Bobby helped me. He was just as kind and helpful as Tony had been. It was installed yesterday by Jason, that too was a pleasant and positive experience. Chf is my new favorite store.

CHF had the best pricing by far and James treated me with respect, answered all my questions and his knowledge was impressive. Delivery and setup in three days. Can't wait for our new fridge. Micah and Caleb showed up on schedule for delivery, even though it was a tight squeeze they got the refrigerator installed in a timely and professional manner. They were great, thank you Micah and Caleb.

We were looking for recliner couch and a two set area that reclines. We saw and sat and reclined in a set and it was so very comfortable. It is well made and pretty heavy. The salesperson was actually the manager and we asked about it. He told me some one bought it brand new but brought them back in ten days and the sale price was marked to half price because it was returned. Bonus we scored a seriously comfortable American made set. New at half price, I’ll take it.

Armando was the best salesman we run across in our search for a recliner. We went to furniture Road first I found this chair that I loved but felt we needed to look at other ones just in case. We looked at every furniture store in Boise, including Costco. Ended up back at furniture Row with Armando and bought the original recliner I had looked at. Aranda Mando was polite. Listen to what I wanted and when I needed and made it happen, I will always come here first looking for furniture thanks, Armando.
