Working with Brighton homes and specifically Janita was a great experience. The entire new home buying process was smooth, and the communication was impeccable. Each step of the process was clearly communicated immediately after we went under contract. Besides the great costumer service and business mentality Brighton truly builds beautiful and thoughtful homes. Prior to buying this house we walked through several new build communities and none of them displayed the same quality of work. This was an overwhelmingly positive experience and I would recommend this builder to anyone looking.

Alturas has been absolutely amazing! I appreciated their constant concern for our happiness. All the people we dealt with really made sure we were happy and made it a great experience. The walk through was very thorough. There wasn’t much to fix but the things that need fixed were fixed right away. Katrina helped immensely! She was always there and helped us into our dream home! Jaden helped make sure the house was perfect for our family. And when we moved in he made sure to came back to see that we were satisfied with our home! We are very thankful for Alturas and its people.

We are extremely happy with our decision to purchase an Alturas home. The floor plan was well thought out with nice finishes. We love the large island in the kitchen and all the cabinet space. We especially like the laundry room off the primary bedroom closet. Alturas has excellent customer service and response times. It’s nice to have a builder who cares about their homeowners.
