As a Boise wedding photographer, I have heard countless brides RAVE about their experience at BB. When I got engaged, the first thing I did was make an appointment here before thinking about anyone else. Sure enough, Caitlin gave me an incredible experience. She took time to really listen to what I wanted and sent me photos leading up to my appointment with dresses she thought fit what I was looking for. As a mid-size person wearing a 16-18, I was anxious about how I'd feel trying on sample dresses. However, Caitlin assured me I could try on any dress in the store and I never once felt self-conscious or nervous. They had a LARGE selection of dresses and had the best size range of any shop I researched. I came very close to buying my dress here and had a favorite dress I LOVED. I really respected that no one at BB bridal pushed me to buy right there and then. There were no sales-y gimmicks or promotions to purchase right there. Instead, they genuinely wished me the best and emphasized they wanted me to be 100% confident in the dress I chose. In the end, I chose a dress that wasn't sold at BB- but my experience with BB was the best I could have dreamed of. I'll continue referring me clients and brides their way. Her vibe & personality was amazing, she was so helpful. This boutique is so gorgeous & the rest of the staff was so friendly & bubbly. The owner stepped in as well & was all hands on. Private rooms as well with water & drinks. They had all the accessories as well to help complete your bridal look. I wasn’t even buying a dress but the experience was amazing & felt so involved. Today we came to B.B Bridal for my mom for her wedding. Although my mom was stubborn, acting like finding a dress that she loved wasn’t her top priority. The way my mother was helped and guided, that small part of her that was excited came through. After trying on a dress that she absolutely loved, the staff and Sam especially were very helpful. The service was great and I respected the transparency that we were given with price and style and how everything would work. So happy to come home saying YES to the DRESS! Thanks Sam.

I had a great experience at Margene's Bridal and got my stunning wedding dress from this shop. The dress I wanted to try on was at their Idaho Falls location and the Boise storefront was able to accommodate me and get it shipped overnight so my parents could see me try the dress on while they were in town. Talk about amazing service and putting your costumer first! Ella was my stylist and she was the ultimate hype woman!! A HUGE thing for me was that I did not feel pressured once while shopping here. I cannot say enough about this experience and how Hillary at Margenes Bridal helped make this such a phenomenal and memorable experience! I know most brides are apprehensive when it comes to buying a wedding dress and we are our own worst critics. I've never had a good body image and haven't been small since I was in the 3rd grade. Hillary assured me she would find me a dress, and a dress that I felt beautiful in and she went above and beyond. I found the dress! I felt beautiful! I felt comfortable the entire time (maybe not the first couple minutes as I was not only in shock I was actually going wedding dress shopping but also didn't think I'd find anything), and Hillary was kind, warm and sweet the entire time.
