I have been a healthcare community liaison for twenty years. I have visited most assisted livings in the Boise area. I have seen the interactions that the administrator Summer, the nurses Alyssa and Stacy have had with residents and their family members, and I can say with 100 percent certainty I would absolutely trust them with my loved ones. I’d say if you are looking for an assisted living that you should tour, stop and talk to staff and residents, and get a feel for the facility yourself.

I have had the privilege and honor of working with the Activities Coordinators at Truewood over the past couple years. They, and the other staff I've worked with, have developed an engaging, stimulating, and rewarding environment. The residents always know when I'm coming and are enthusiastic and engaged. Truewood is one of my favorite senior living centers in the Treasure Valley - and I perform at over twenty. I highly recommend for any loved one.

Truewood is a very nice community. I have been here just over 2 weeks and been welcomed by all the staff and residents. The activities they provide for the resident are of a large variety as well as homecooked meals. The nursing staff are all very knowledgeable and kind to the residents.

We had a tour at your facility not to long ago and Amanda Eccard is the one who gave us the tour. She did an amazing job. She knows what she is talking about and cares about the residents at this facility. She smiled the warmest smile! I we definitely be returning when we decide what to do with my sister.

I immediately fell in love with this community from the moment I stepped into the front door. the moment you walk in the door it feels like home with wonderful and calming feelings. The open layout of the main part of the building makes it feel like there is plenty of space for everyone. Amanda the Sales Director was friendly with a smile and very knowledgeable about the community.

I recently came in for a tour, the marketing director Amanda Eccard showed us around. She was amazing, friendly and I could tell that she really cares about the community. She answered every question for us. I was so impressed with the community. I think that the reason it is such a good place is because of Amanda and team members like her. Bravo Amanda!!

GARDEN PLAZA OF VALLEY VIEW REVIEWS

Being a Healthcare Advocate and being involved involved in the many Senior facilities and Medical services I have only positive experiences with Garden Plaza. Many of the staff have been with the community for decades and you can tell by their dedication and commitment they love being a part of the Plaza. They make the residents, providers and families feel like family.

I have been beyond impressed with Garden Plaza of Valley View. The food is delicious with many options to choose. I especially love the fresh salad bar that is included twice daily. There are so many activities and residents seem very happy and active. The outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies available there are so convenient! There is also a Parkinson’s support that meets every month, sing-a-longs, exercise classes, and large clean community areas with a beautiful courtyard. Many of the staff have worked there for several years because it is such a great work environment. I simply can’t say enough good about this senior independent living community. What a great place it is!

We just placed my elderly parents at Garden Plaza at Valley View. I can’t say enough about how amazing this experience has been. Melanie has been our contact throughout the process and she worked with us on every detail of my parents’ transition from Colorado. We have been so impressed with her knowledge and kindness! In addition, the facility is clean, beautiful and welcoming. These people really care about their residents. They listen and they deliver! We are very grateful.
