I absolutely love working with Idaho Tents and Events. They have a great selection and always do such a great job at making sure orders are correct. Their will-call pick up and drop off is a breeze and as an event planner they help make my job easier. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with staff, making/modifying my order, and pick-up and drop-off. The chairs come in bags - which was a life saver for my event planner (verses plastic wrap). We used the natural wood padded chairs, and they looked so nice! Definitely will use again!

Quick and easy ordering process! Will call made it to easy to pick up and drop off. Ive used them for my wedding day, and also used them for my dad’s celebration of life. Very friendly staff!

From the seamless logistics of delivery and pickup to their attention to detail in accommodating our requests, Event Rent made everything stress-free and effortless. Their exceptional service and beautiful rentals truly elevated our wedding, and we highly recommend them to anyone planning an event!

The EventRent team always goes above and beyond to get the job done. Even when I send her an address that is in the middle of nowhere, she somehow pulls from Google Maps and has square footage and potential tent sizing sent to me in minutes. Jeanette is the best event planner ever! She is always on top of emails and calls and makes sure everything went according to plan. Thank you for taking care of Tamarack Grove Engineering and 250 of our closest friends at Rock Creek Ranch. We would have been sweating a little more without you.

Kasandra was amazing to deal with. I went in personally to choose the napkins for our February event. I chose something completely different than I had originally planned because of the exceptional choices. Our tables really popped. We use them for all our linen rentals. We also used them for one of our major events for tables, pipe, drape and linens in June of 2024. Everything was delivered and set up exactly like the drawings. DO RENT from this outstanding business and their phenomenal people.
