I bought a Crown Signia from Peterson recently. The experience was great. No high pressure. My sales person Alisha Yeates, listened to what I needed and that’s what she focused on. No nonsense and she got me a great price. Easiest car purchase I’ve ever had. The financing experience went just as well, Mike Fernandez treated me well, no games, friendly, and quick. Highly recommend.

After a terrible experience at team Mazda, went to Peterson for a truck called in advance and Lexi set us up with Erick Larios when we got there the experience was totally different. Eric did an amazing job at helping us find the truck we wanted. He was not pushy rushing us to make a sale he understood from the situation we came from at Mazda and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Lance was wonderful to work with and so patient with me. It took a couple weeks to get in and meet him in person. I had a few bumps I needed to get over and he was honest and upfront every step of the way! Ultimately getting me into something better than I thought I would be getting! Neil in finances was just as great even on the midst of his very busy day. Highly recommend doing all the car business here, best car dealership I’ve ever worked with. Overall I am more than satisfied with my experience and am in love with my new Subaru.

The dealership was super busy the day we arrived but all the people we were in contact with were friendly, courteous, very efficient. It was not my intention to buy that day but they had the SUV that fit all my musts on the list. We also had any other appointment in the middle of the visit and they were flexible to adjust their time to meet our needs. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the customer service received by DJ my salesman to Jamie the finance manager. DJ was attentive to my needs and concerns and promptly responded when I had a question.
