GARRY'S AUTOMOTIVE REVIEWS

Garry's Automotive has been our "go to" guys for years, and we have never been disappointed. Our car is older and they keep her running like a charm. They are always up front in what needs to be done and what can wait. They are knowledgeable and thorough , keeping us posted throughout the process. We are confident in being treated well and with honestly. I can't imagine having to go anywhere else.

Gary's service advisor was very professional and accurate in estimating the needed work on our Gmc Acadia. Photos of the worn parts were sent to my email. The work was well done and finished in one day. The final cost was less than the estimate. All of the staff there were courteous and very professional. I am pleased with the experience at Gary's and will go there in the future when our cars need work.

Gary's Automotive is by far the best mechanic shop in town from the owner to the employees. They are super personable, knowledgeable and do everything the right way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that will put them and their vehicles best interest first.

DALE'S AUTO CARE REVIEWS

Dales Auto This team is the most honest group I have ever dealt with they always have there customers best interest and will always protect there work. How may people will own if they make a mistake they will as the want a great name in the Valley…. I give you my word you will never find a better group.

Service was fantastic. One third what it would have cost to fix our AC condenser at the Toyota dealer AND done the day we brought it in. We are taking all our future repairs to Dales.

These guys are the best. Very honest and reasonable prices. If you are looking around for a reliable and trustworthy independent mechanic in Boise this is the one.

TUNE TECH BY DOWDY'S AUTOMOTIVE REVIEWS

We had a really good experience with Dowdy’s on State. We were longtime customers of Tune Tech and had high expectations. Cody kept us informed along the way and used their professional experience and judgement to suggest what needed to be done now and what needed to considered for the future. We never felt like they were trying to upsell us, which is refreshing today. We will continue to recommend them to friends and acquaintances. Thank you guys.

Colton provided great service and great communication. And I love not having to call to ask a quick question, but could fire off a text. The payment portal made picking up after hours more secure (and simpler) than paying over the phone. The after-hours dropbox is super convenient; I was able to have two of my vehicles serviced in the same week, which previously would have required more planning. Colton agreed to change the oil in my truck since I requested it, but reminded me that the tech said the oil looked clean and the levels were good. Glad he didn't capitalize on me not listening the first time.

Colton was very acknowledged, very clear and open communicated, reliable and more important…Honest! I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with the car. I specially appreciate that they didn’t take advantage of a single woman having problems with their car.
