Great customer finish from scheduling through installation. They have their own install crew so you don’t have to worry about subcontractors. Windows are beautiful. Installation team of Beau W, Nikita S, and Heath A were courteous, friendly on time, gave accurate timeline, did everything they said the would and left the work area just as it was when they got here.

We are so happy with our installation process. Our installers were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Great care was taken to protect our home and leave it clean. The installers arrived on time. The windows are beautiful and a great asset to our property. We will be happy to recommend this product to friends and family. Our installers Beau W, Nikita S, & Brian Buckner did great.

From Sam, the salesperson, to Jose and the install team, everyone was super professional and great. I greatly appreciated Jose putting down drop cloth to protect my floor and carpet. They kept me informed along the whole process, and my windows were delivered when they said they would be. I would use them again. Love the windows.

When Mark arrived to present Champion windows to me, he impressed me from the start. He quickly went about taking measurements as he was explaining the company and the window quality. I found him to be an honest straight shooter. He answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I feel he got me the best price for what I wanted.

Our sales rep, Charles, did a great job explaining the process and costs without talking down to us. He was very professional, knowledgeable & conscientious about not wasting our time.

The whole team at Boise Custom Windows was great to work with! Taylor, Stevie, Fernando and Blake and the team did a great install! You could see the daylight through our existing door, so a change was long overdue. After removing a 53 year-old door you never know how it’s going to go, and they got that new Pella French door in and operating smoothly! Great service. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company. The owner, Taylor is genuine, dependable and follow through. Fernando and his crew did a superb job installing my windows and doors. Even the lady who is the office manager was a sweetheart! This company is The Real Deal.
